Role overview

You’ll support warehouse operations by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

What you’ll do

• Load and unload materials for movement to and from assigned locations.
• Ensure proper placement of materials in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate material movement logs.
• Report inventory or receiving discrepancies to management.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders according to warehouse procedures.
• Assist with receiving goods and verifying shipping documents.
• Maintain filing records for warehouse documentation.
• Assist coworkers with locating and retrieving materials.
• Support training and process consistency for new hires.
• Use SAP for material movement and order closing.
• Restock Kanban areas where applicable.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory when needed.
• Use RFID devices to support shipping and warehouse efficiency.
• Follow safety rules, policies, procedures, and established guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the department during the shift.
• Report safety or code of conduct violations to management.
• Complete other duties assigned by the lead, supervisor, or manager.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma preferred, or 1 to 3 years of material handling experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work from verbal or written instructions.
• Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Computer skills and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Experience using hand trucks and forklifts preferred.
• Good attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
• Commitment to quality, productivity, customer focus, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to get assistance for objects over 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform active warehouse work throughout the shift.
