Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $19 - $23/hour

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse operations by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, labeling, documenting, and inspecting products while helping keep inventory accurate and the warehouse organized.

Core responsibilities

• Package and ship customer orders.
• Weigh, label, and document finished products for shipment.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and quantity issues.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Back up other warehouse roles when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Forklift certification required, or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• High school diploma or GED is helpful, but not required.
• Prior warehouse experience is helpful, but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft NAV or similar inventory systems is helpful.
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese skills are helpful.

Physical and warehouse conditions

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in warehouse conditions that may be dusty, hot, or cold.
