Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Contractor, 2-month assignment

Pay: $20.65/hour on W2

Schedule: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday-Sunday

Role overview

You’ll support daily feeder and yard operations by assigning trailers, entering operational information, checking forecasts, maintaining reports, and assisting with yard work as needed.

Daily responsibilities

• Assign trailers to drivers.
• Enter information into internal systems.
• Input time cards.
• Check trailer and volume forecasts.
• Maintain reports and databases for daily operations.
• Assist with yard work as needed.

What you’ll need

• Microsoft Office skills preferred, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work the assigned overnight schedule.
• Ability to complete data entry and reporting tasks accurately.
• Ability to support daily yard and operational needs.

Work environment

• Possible outdoor work required.
• Outdoor conditions may include extreme cold, heat, rain, and snow.
• Proper work attire is required.
