Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, scheduling updates, and service-related questions
• Deliver accurate and timely information regarding pricing, availability, and policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or client support roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software
• Experience in events, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus, but not required
