About the Role
This opportunity is for a Graphic Designer responsible for developing and adapting creative work across print, digital, retail, social, email, catalog, and campaign channels. The position combines high-volume, detail-oriented production with opportunities for creative exploration while maintaining an established visual direction and consistent brand presentation across customer touchpoints.
The role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, hands-on knowledge of print production and prepress, and the ability to create production-ready artwork across multiple formats. The designer will also work with lifestyle and apparel imagery, support product marketing, manage concurrent projects in Asana, and collaborate across Brand, Art, E-Commerce, copywriting, and marketing functions.
What You'll Do
- Execute and adapt creative assets across digital, retail, print, social media, and email channels.
- Develop and produce distinctive visuals for seasonal brand and product campaigns while working within established creative direction.
- Contribute directly to catalog design and production, building strong working knowledge of catalog layout and production requirements.
- Design retail and wholesale materials, including displays, signage, and point-of-sale assets.
- Create digital campaign assets for email, social media, and related digital channels.
- Source and curate authentic mountain athlete and lifestyle imagery with careful attention to visual relevance and brand fit.
- Apply and maintain established brand guidelines while identifying appropriate opportunities for creative experimentation.
- Maintain consistent production quality and rigorous attention to detail across deliverables.
- Prepare production-ready artwork that meets technical specifications across digital, print, retail, and other production workflows.
- Develop practical fluency in print production and prepress processes, including the technical requirements involved in preparing finished files.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines through Asana while maintaining organization across a high volume of concurrent work.
- Collaborate across Brand, Art, and E-Commerce functions to execute integrated campaigns.
- Partner with senior copywriting and brand marketing stakeholders to ensure visual design and messaging work together cohesively.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clearly explain and defend design decisions.
- Contribute ideas, respond constructively to feedback and critique, and help strengthen creative processes, workflows, and team practices over time.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design or a related role.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Proficiency with Figma; both Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud are required for this role.
- Solid understanding of print production and prepress fundamentals, including color management, bleed, and preparing production-ready files across formats.
- Proven experience managing projects through Asana or a comparable project management platform; project management tool proficiency is highly weighted for this position.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the precision required to deliver accurate, polished print and digital work.
- Strong visual judgment when curating authentic mountain athlete and lifestyle imagery.
- Strong understanding of apparel product marketing and how visual storytelling can support product sell-through.
- Ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders and clearly explain and defend creative decisions.
- Ability to receive feedback and critique openly and constructively.
- A collaborative, positive, and proactive approach, with the ability to contribute ideas as well as polished execution.
