Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50/hour

Schedule: 3rd shift openings; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Position summary

You’ll support warehouse and shipping operations by loading and unloading trailers, checking product accuracy and quality, maintaining records, operating material handling equipment, and helping keep the shipping yard organized.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers accurately and safely.
• Verify route loads and trailer reports.
• Maintain the shipping yard.
• Count and check products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and shipping records.
• Report overages and shortages.
• Participate in cycle counts.
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Troubleshoot issues with packing equipment, label machines, tapers, palletizers, and related equipment.

What you’ll need

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 to 3 years of shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Comfort working in a warm warehouse environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stack, unstack, or carry products.
• Ability to stand and stoop for prolonged periods of time.
