Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $18 - $23/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What this role involves

You’ll support daily warehouse operations by receiving and organizing inventory, preparing parts and equipment for installation crews, loading and unloading trucks, processing returns, and maintaining accurate stock levels.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Pull and stage parts and equipment for upcoming installation jobs.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Assist installation crews with loading and organizing vans.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean and organized.
• Process returns and verify shipments.
• Complete shipping documentation.
• Ensure required materials are available when needed by field teams.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, or similar trade warehouse experience preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with SAP or other inventory tracking software is a plus.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented work style.
• Background check and drug test required after a conditional offer of employment.

Physical requirements

• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to perform active warehouse, loading, unloading, and material handling work throughout the shift.
