Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000 - $80,000/year

Additional compensation: Year-one target OTE is $110,000, including variable compensation.

Schedule: Approximately 60 - 65 hours per week, typically 10 - 12 hours on weekdays plus 5 - 10 hours over the weekend

Work model: Fully remote within the United States, any U.S. time zone

What this position involves

You’ll manage hands-on recruiting delivery across multiple searches, combining candidate sourcing, outreach, interviewing, client communication, search organization, and AI-assisted workflow improvement.

Recruiting responsibilities

  • Learn each client's business, open role, and candidate requirements.
  • Build targeted candidate pools for active searches.
  • Conduct consistent outbound candidate outreach.
  • Follow up persistently throughout difficult searches.
  • Conduct candidate conversations and interviews.
  • Assess candidate experience, accomplishments, concerns, and unknowns.
  • Communicate opportunities clearly and accurately to candidates.
  • Document candidate information and search progress thoroughly.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Track decisions, dates, owners, follow-ups, and next steps.
  • Keep candidates and clients informed throughout the recruiting process.

Client delivery and search management

  • Build client trust through clear updates and useful questions.
  • Identify when search strategy needs to change and communicate it early.
  • Help improve recruiting processes as patterns and opportunities emerge.
  • Take ownership of work that existing systems do not handle effectively.
  • Support broader candidate strategy and client relationship work as experience grows.

AI and workflow tools

  • Use AI for research, drafting, search planning, and workflow improvement.
  • Review and verify AI-generated output before using it.
  • Protect confidential information when using AI tools.
  • Apply human judgment to important recruiting decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency without sacrificing recruiting quality.

Experience and qualifications

  • Background in full-cycle recruiting, outbound sales, SDR, BDR, inside sales, or a similar performance-driven role.
  • Evidence of strong performance against goals, peers, quota, pipeline, placements, fill rates, or similar measurable outcomes.
  • Strong organization and accurate documentation habits.
  • Dependable follow-through and ability to manage repetitive work consistently.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and frequent candidate interviews.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to accept direct feedback and apply it quickly.
  • Practical experience using AI to improve real work.
  • Ability to verify AI output and apply independent judgment.
  • Strong interest in developing recruiting, search management, and client delivery skills.
