Warehouse Staff

Pay: Starting at $18.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Position summary

You’ll support warehouse operations through inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, equipment operation, and general warehouse organization. The role may also provide relief coverage for route delivery drivers.

Warehouse responsibilities

• Receive, store, and organize inventory accurately.
• Perform regular inventory counts.
• Monitor bottling or portable exchange line operations and support quality control where applicable.
• Reconcile shipping load sheets and receiving packing slips.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly warehouse.
• Keep tools and materials properly stored.
• Follow established inventory and storage procedures.
• Provide relief coverage for route delivery drivers when needed.

Safety and equipment

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
• Use required personal protective equipment.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment safely.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Forklift certification preferred, but not required.

• Ability to use basic math for routine warehouse tasks.

• Strong attention to detail for inventory and order fulfillment.
• Reliable and accountable work habits.
• Ability to adapt to changes in tasks, schedules, and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• If operating a company vehicle, applicable age and driving record requirements must be met.

Physical and work environment

• Ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to carry and move heavy items.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to kneel and bend regularly.
• Work may take place in indoor and outdoor areas with changing temperatures.
• Warehouse conditions may include noise, machinery, and slick surfaces.
