Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA area

Status: Full-time, exempt.

Pay: ~ $38.46 to $40.87 per hour (based on $80,000–$85,000 annual salary + performance bonus eligibility).

Role summary

Support order fulfillment operations across the East Coast region in a supply chain environment, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of orders. This role includes analysis, coordination with logistics partners, and continuous improvement efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment activities for assigned customer orders.
• Use warehouse and transportation management systems to run reports and track order status.
• Manage inventory accuracy and reconciliation across systems and facilities.
• Support transportation planning and collaborate with logistics partners.
• Monitor third-party logistics (3PL) performance and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with onboarding and integration of new fulfillment locations.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and routing guidelines.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and external partners.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer supply chain or third-party logistics fulfillment operations.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as WMS, TMS, or ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools (Excel or similar).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Work environment

This position operates remotely with travel requirements to fulfillment locations in the assigned region. Travel may be required to partner sites for operational alignment and performance reviews.
