About the Role
This opportunity is for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for Field Service Technicians, Field Service Managers, and engineers who become scientific safety professionals. The role covers intake through offer acceptance, with personal accountability for each hire and a focus on attracting high-performing technical candidates who are not actively applying.
The position partners with hiring managers across branches and builds talent pipelines ahead of demand as the organization expands through acquisitions. Sourcing combines LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean/X-ray search, referrals, competitor talent mapping, and industry communities, with an emphasis on field-service, skilled-trades, and engineering talent.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruiting cycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing, with personal accountability for every hire.
- Proactively identify, engage, and secure top-performing technical professionals, targeting the top 10% of talent, including candidates who would not apply independently.
- Partner with hiring managers across branches to define candidate expectations and guide confident, timely hiring decisions.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean/X-ray search, referrals, and competitor talent mapping.
- Build candidate pipelines ahead of hiring demand and map talent in new geographies to support acquisition-driven expansion.
- Engage industry communities, including CETA, NSF, and NEBB, along with broader field-service and skilled-trades networks.
- Assess candidates against organizational values and advance those suited to an employee-owned environment and an ownership-focused culture.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a demonstrated record of hiring technical, field-service, skilled-trades, or engineering talent.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including the ability to generate responses from busy, currently employed professionals.
- Ability to identify high-performing candidates and communicate the appeal of a mission-driven, employee-owned organization.
- A self-directed, entrepreneurial approach, with an ownership mindset and enthusiasm for working in a rapidly growing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hiring managers across multiple locations or field-based sites.
- Exposure to field service, calibration/metrology, controlled environments, life sciences, or medical devices.
