Warehouse Associate

Pay: Starting at $18/hour

Position summary

You’ll support warehouse and delivery operations through inventory handling, local deliveries, facility upkeep, vehicle checks, and general hands-on support for field teams.

Daily responsibilities

• Load, unload, and deliver water heaters, plumbing supplies, and related materials.
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
• Keep warehouse, loading, and work areas clean and organized.
• Perform general warehouse and facility maintenance.
• Report repair or maintenance needs.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding deliveries and daily operations.
• Assist technicians with lifting and moving water heaters when needed.
• Provide professional customer service and general operational support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive and dependable work approach.

Physical requirements

• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials.
• Ability to perform active warehouse, delivery, and maintenance work throughout the shift.
