Recruiting Operations Specialist

Base Pay: $76,000–$90,000 per year (base salary)

Estimated Hourly Base (40 hrs/week): $36.54–$43.27 per hour

About the Role

In this role, you will help streamline hiring operations and support a seamless candidate experience. You’ll coordinate interviews, maintain process quality and data integrity, and partner with hiring teams to keep recruiting moving efficiently and transparently.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Track candidate progress, maintain data accuracy, and support process improvements across recruiting workflows.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting partners to understand hiring needs and support proactive recruiting operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and contribute to best-practice development.
• Support recruiting tools administration, including access management and approval workflows.
• Create recruiting reports (e.g., candidate experience surveys) to generate insights and guide improvements.
• Maintain and update Talent documentation pages in Confluence.
• Provide first-line support for recruiting systems and programs (for example, referral programs).

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and/or recruiting operations.
• Experience improving recruiting processes and operational workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first mindset.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to building inclusive, respectful hiring experiences.
• Experience with Ashby and Workday is preferred.
• SaaS experience is preferred.

Compensation Notes

Base pay for this role ranges from $76,000 to $90,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary based on factors such as location, level, job-related skills, and experience.
