Position overview

This role owns full-cycle recruiting across a mix of sales, marketing, creative, and GTM positions. The recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and support a strong candidate experience from first outreach through offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview rubrics, and hiring plans.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone and video screens to assess qualifications, motivation, and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS.
• Provide a timely, professional, and positive experience for candidates.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness.
• Support employer branding through job postings and outreach messaging.
• Stay current on market compensation trends and talent availability for key roles.

Experience and qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfort managing a high-volume pipeline across multiple open roles.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Sound judgment in evaluating candidates and communicating with hiring managers.

Preferred background

• Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, or creative roles.
• Experience recruiting for GTM, performance marketing, or sales leadership roles.
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS platforms.
• Experience supporting a remote or distributed team.
