About the Role
The Senior Producer leads creative production and end-to-end project management across digital experiences, brand campaigns, design initiatives, and spatial projects. This position manages engagements from initial planning through final delivery, overseeing production schedules, budgets, scope, resources, and quality while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include independently producing projects and supporting production leads on larger integrated initiatives involving activations, events, and immersive technology installations.
The role works directly with clients, creative directors, designers, developers, strategists, technical specialists, and external production partners. Success requires extensive experience managing creative projects, developing scopes of work, coordinating distributed teams, protecting project margins, and translating creative concepts into deliverables. Projects may span technology-intensive experiences, branding, UX, product design, innovation, and physical environments, with an emphasis on maintaining production standards and client expectations.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end production and project management for creative campaigns, digital experiences, branding initiatives, design projects, and spatial installations, from kickoff through completion.
- Independently manage creative projects, with or without junior production support, and collaborate with production leads on complex, integrated cross-functional engagements.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout production, establishing expectations, translating business and creative objectives into actionable plans, and managing project deliverables.
- Coordinate and mentor junior producers and multidisciplinary teams of designers, developers, strategists, creatives, and technical specialists to maintain production progress and accountability.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, production schedules, deliverable timelines, and scopes of work in coordination with senior leadership and account teams.
- Monitor project financial performance, scope, and margins; anticipate budget or timeline risks and make necessary adjustments to keep engagements on track.
- Manage resource allocation using Float in partnership with the Creative Director, adjusting staffing and production resources as project requirements evolve.
- Oversee production quality, confirm that deliverables meet client expectations, preserve the intended creative vision, and maintain compliance with internal processes and relevant industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve production challenges, resource constraints, scheduling conflicts, and changes in project scope or creative direction.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and technical departments, as well as external partners, to align production activities with project objectives and client needs.
- Maintain project documentation, organize feedback and production notes, track tasks and deliverables, and facilitate clear communication among internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Provide regular project status reports covering timelines, budgets, progress, and deliverables; conduct post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support in-person production activities and client engagements as needed, including shoots, site visits, activations, workshops, onboarding sessions, interoffice activities, and company or department retreats.
