Warehouse Staff

Position summary

Support daily hunger-relief operations at a community food pantry. This role blends warehouse work and local pickups, including stocking, donation handling, distribution support, and client intake. You will work closely with staff and volunteers to keep operations organized, accurate, and on time.

What you’ll do

• Complete client intake, confirm eligibility, and maintain accurate client records.
• Stock shelves and help keep inventory organized and accurate.
• Pick up food donations, receive items, and process donations for storage or distribution.
• Support food distribution and daily warehouse workflow.
• Coordinate with volunteers and support seasonal programs as needed.
• Help maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the facility and vehicles.
• Handle physical tasks safely, including lifting and moving items up to 75 pounds.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and with a team.
• Strong customer service skills, Spanish is a plus.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Background check and clean driving record required.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
