Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time or part-time

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

Position summary

This role supports daily warehouse sanitation and food-waste handling operations. You will help empty large food-waste bins, remove trash and contamination, and wash and sanitize containers so they are clean and ready for reuse.

What you’ll do

• Dump 64-gallon roll carts and barrels of food waste.
• Sort out trash and contamination from collected material.
• Spray, wash, and sanitize bins and barrels.
• Help keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Work closely with team members and management to complete daily tasks.

What you’ll need

• Strong physical stamina and ability to handle large, heavy bins.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, with bins potentially weighing up to 400 lbs.
• Attention to detail.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Drug-free status.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Interest in the company’s mission is a plus.

Work environment

This is a physically demanding warehouse role that is a good fit for someone comfortable with repetitive lifting, washing, and sanitation work in a fast-paced setting.
