Compensation: $127,000 - $155,000 annually based on experience and location

About the Role

This opportunity is for a Technical Project Manager responsible for driving technology initiatives, managing project lifecycles, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The role focuses on delivering high-quality technical solutions while maintaining clear timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment.

This position works closely with Product, Engineering, and IT teams to support the delivery of data-driven tools and automated solutions. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Engineering, IT, Product, and business stakeholders to support planning, execution, and reporting across projects
• Manage multiple projects and programs from initiation through completion
• Gather and define project requirements, timelines, and resource allocation
• Oversee project execution, ensuring consistency, coverage, and continuity
• Monitor project performance, track progress, and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Define project scope and technical implementation steps in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
• Own the implementation lifecycle and manage technical risks throughout the project

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments
• Ability to manage multiple mid-level complexity projects simultaneously
• Experience overseeing end-to-end project delivery
• Strong understanding of project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Proven ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Ability to manage shifting priorities effectively
• Proficiency with GSuite applications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of PMBOK principles is a plus
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Background in web or application development, QA, or process improvement is a plus
