Warehouse Staff

Position summary

This warehouse role supports product distribution, equipment operation, shipping, receiving, stocking, and staging in a fast-paced environment. You will help keep product moving safely and accurately while supporting daily warehouse flow and operational standards.

What you’ll do

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily and operate it safely and efficiently.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Stack and store product in the correct warehouse areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, making sure the correct items and quantities are loaded.
• Help ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Report quality issues and variances.
• Follow company and site-specific good manufacturing practices.
• Observe all safety rules and support warehouse safety standards.
• Provide heavy industrial support, including manual trailer receiving at IDC locations.
• Build pallets of large items such as patio furniture, TVs, and air conditioners.
• Use manual or electric pallet jacks and forklift equipment as needed.
• Complete other assigned warehouse duties.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong attendance and dependability.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the full shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
