Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18 - $20/hour

Role overview

This warehouse role supports daily warehouse operations for aircraft parts and ground support equipment, including receiving, storing, packaging, shipping, inventory movement, and cycle counts.

Day-to-day work

• Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer systems.
• Load and unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to pull the correct items from inventory.
• Package parts for shipment using required methods to protect items and meet customer specifications.
• Document part traceability and store pictures using company systems.
• Pull parts from warehouse locations and stage them for shipment preparation.
• Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.
• Validate and record materials received, distributed, or cycle counted.
• Weigh, count, and inspect items for conformance to standards.
• Assist with inventory counting, tarping, and material movement.
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
• Follow warehouse standards, safety procedures, and quality expectations.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience required, with on-the-job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures under supervision.
