Warehouse Worker

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 6:30 am to 5:30 pm

Position snapshot

In this warehouse lead position, you’ll help coordinate daily fulfillment center activity, assign work, support warehouse associates, and keep customer orders moving safely and accurately.

Daily leadership tasks

• Oversee fulfillment center processes including picking, packing, shipping, kit building, labeling, order printing, and mail sortation.
• Direct daily work assignments and assist the supervisor with labor planning.
• Promote safe work practices and hold the team accountable for following safety processes.
• Support efficient and safe operation of production equipment and machinery.
• Assist with monthly safety observations and process observations.
• Provide hands-on production support when needed.
• Help drive quality and productivity goals across warehouse operations.
• Share ideas to improve processes, morale, safety, and order accuracy.
• Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management and help identify solutions.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs, training checklists, risk assessments, and work instructions.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and orderly, including workstations, production areas, equipment, and general warehouse space.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and daily report review.
• Good visual acuity to inspect products and orders.
• Strong time management, organization, planning, and self-motivation skills.
• MHE experience or desire to learn MHE.
• Strong people coaching skills.

• This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
• This position is safety-sensitive.
• A 10-panel drug test is required after a conditional job offer.
