Warehouse Associate

Pay: $20/hour

Position overview

This role supports warehouse shipping, order preparation, inventory handling, equipment use, and occasional delivery backup duties.

What you’ll handle

• Process and load product and equipment orders accurately.
• Pull materials, pack boxes, and place completed orders in the delivery area.
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing customer order requests.
• Follow quality standards and warehouse procedures.
• Keep shelves, pallet areas, workstations, and shipping supply areas clean and organized.
• Safely use warehouse equipment, including a forklift.
• Perform basic repairs on coffee machines.
• Check product dates and remove expired products.
• Serve as backup to route drivers when needed.
• Drive company-owned vans and trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products and equipment to customers.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Past driving experience preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb in and out of a delivery vehicle multiple times per day.
