About the Role
This opportunity is for a Revenue Operations Lead to manage and optimize the operational infrastructure behind billing, revenue visibility, procurement, compliance, and enterprise deal support within a fast-growing technology environment.
This is a highly hands-on operational role focused on building scalable systems, maintaining accurate billing operations, supporting enterprise customer processes, managing procurement workflows, and ensuring compliance readiness across day-to-day business operations.
The position requires ownership of invoicing, collections, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, revenue reporting, vendor management, audit coordination, security questionnaires, and operational workflows related to SOC 2 and GDPR compliance.
The role also involves building trusted dashboards from raw operational and revenue data, improving internal visibility into usage and business performance, supporting enterprise deal execution, and automating repetitive operational processes using AI tools and workflow systems.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally driven, comfortable working independently, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment while continuously improving systems and processes.
Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract
Annual Salary: $90,000 – $160,000 per year

What You’ll Do
- Own the billing lifecycle from end to end, including invoicing, collections, subscription management, credits, refunds, disputes, and billing accuracy
- Create and maintain revenue dashboards that provide visibility into revenue, usage trends, churn, operational spending, and customer expansion metrics
- Pull, structure, and analyze operational and revenue data to support decision-making across the organization
- Manage procurement and vendor operations, including subscriptions, contract management, renewals, spend tracking, and cost optimization
- Identify wasteful spending and negotiate vendor terms that align with the needs of a high-growth organization
- Handle day-to-day operational compliance workflows related to SOC 2, GDPR, audits, questionnaires, documentation management, and vendor security reviews
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance processes remain organized and operational
- Support enterprise customer deal operations by managing procurement paperwork, security reviews, custom billing arrangements, and operational coordination required for contract execution
- Build and improve workflows using AI tools and automation platforms to streamline reporting, operational tasks, and repetitive processes
- Continuously improve operational systems, workflows, and internal infrastructure to support scaling business operations
- Collaborate across teams to ensure operational execution remains accurate, efficient, and scalable
- Maintain operational visibility and proactively identify process issues before they become larger problems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, billing operations, growth operations, finance operations, or related operational roles
- Experience managing billing operations, invoicing, subscriptions, collections, procurement workflows, or related operational processes
- Experience working within SaaS, API, subscription-based, or usage-based business models
- Strong operational ownership skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Experience building dashboards and reports directly from raw operational or revenue data
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable operational insights
- Experience with revenue reporting, operational reporting, or business intelligence tools
- SQL knowledge or equivalent data analysis capabilities preferred
- Experience supporting operational compliance processes related to SOC 2, GDPR, audits, vendor reviews, or security documentation
- Comfortable handling operational aspects of enterprise customer agreements and procurement processes
- Strong systems thinking and process optimization abilities
- Experience using AI tools, workflow automation platforms, or process automation solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience operating in environments with high urgency and rapidly evolving operational requirements
Preferred Backgrounds
- Revenue operations or billing operations experience within SaaS or API-driven companies
- Finance operations experience within high-growth startup environments
- Growth operations experience involving billing, reporting, compliance, and operational process ownership
- Experience serving as a primary operational owner across multiple business functions
- Experience supporting enterprise customer operations and scaling operational infrastructure
