About the Role
This opportunity is for an experienced GTM Systems & Data Manager to lead the systems, automation, and data infrastructure supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations. This role focuses on building scalable data frameworks, improving forecasting accuracy, strengthening governance standards, and developing intelligent operational processes across multiple GTM platforms.
The position combines hands-on technical execution with leadership responsibilities. The role includes designing advanced data models, improving system architecture, supporting AI-driven workflows, and mentoring technical team members while helping operational teams scale more effectively.
This role requires strong expertise in CRM systems, integrations, APIs, data governance, workflow automation, and operational intelligence. The ideal candidate is highly technical, analytical, and comfortable working across complex multi-system environments.
Status: Full Time
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year
What You'll Do
- Design scalable and AI-ready data structures across CRM and GTM platforms
- Build operational frameworks that support intelligent automation and advanced forecasting
- Create and optimize workflows for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Develop and maintain data governance standards to ensure system accuracy and integrity
- Improve attribution tracking, lifecycle management, market intelligence, and ARR reporting processes
- Support forecasting hygiene and operational risk detection initiatives
- Lead the technical roadmap for GTM systems and operational infrastructure
- Manage integrations, APIs, and dependencies across multiple business systems
- Design and improve automated routing and operational processes
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through AI-powered operational tools
- Build scalable operational processes that support company growth
- Maintain documentation standards and ensure system consistency across platforms
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to systems and operations team members
- Support adoption of new technologies and operational best practices
- Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency, reporting, and process automation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Technical Operations, Systems Management, or related fields
- Advanced experience working with HubSpot architecture, workflows, and datasets
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and operational infrastructure
- Experience building and maintaining scalable data models and governance frameworks
- Strong technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and multi-system environments
- Hands-on experience implementing workflow automation and operational improvements
- Experience using AI tools and automation technologies within GTM operations
- Ability to prototype and operationalize advanced AI-driven workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing or mentoring technical contributors
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
