About the Role

This opportunity is for a Remote Customer Service Representative supporting customers through a high-volume contact center environment. The role focuses on delivering helpful, professional, and efficient service while assisting callers with loyalty program questions, account-related inquiries, product or service information, and issue resolution. This position is well suited for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, comfortable using multiple systems, and able to adapt in a fast-paced remote setting.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 40 hours per week, with set shifts assigned after training

Compensation: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, with potential performance bonuses of up to $350 per month

Eligible Work States: Texas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Tennessee

This is a remote contact center role that requires dependable attendance, a quiet home office setup, strong internet service, and the ability to remain focused while handling customer calls, using multiple systems, and following structured service procedures. The position is open only to candidates who reside full time in one of the eligible states listed above.
