About the Role
This opportunity is for a Digital Marketing Implementation Coordinator who will support the daily execution of digital marketing programs for a large portfolio of pharmacy customers. The role focuses on organic social media scheduling, paid ad deployment, campaign monitoring, data auditing, and customer support to help each pharmacy maintain a consistent, professional, and compliant digital presence.
This is a remote position for candidates based in the United States. The role is highly operational and requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, clear communication, and the ability to manage high-volume task queues without sacrificing quality or consistency.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 per year based on experience
What You’ll Do
- Build, deploy, and monitor paid Facebook ad campaigns using Tiger Pistol
- Ensure campaign budgets, geographic targeting, and audience settings are configured accurately
- Manage the monthly organic content calendar within Birdeye
- Schedule and publish social media posts for digital marketing customers to maintain consistent digital presence
- Perform detailed audits of customer subscriptions and active campaigns
- Identify and resolve errors related to data, spend, campaign setup, or creative assets
- Respond to incoming digital marketing requests from pharmacy customers
- Conduct outreach to pharmacy owners to collect required information, materials, and creative assets
- Serve as a technical resource for internal teams
- Translate complex digital marketing concepts into clear, simple language for non-marketing staff and pharmacy owners
- Collaborate with sales, support, and customer success teams
- Brainstorm monthly promotional topics specific to the pharmacy industry
- Suggest content and campaign optimizations based on performance trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong ability to explain digital marketing value to pharmacy owners who may not be highly technical
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams that may not have marketing backgrounds
- Process-first mindset with the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
- High proficiency with Meta Business Suite
- Ability to quickly learn and work with tools such as Salesforce, Tiger Pistol, Birdeye, and AI productivity platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support a large customer base while maintaining accuracy across campaigns, data, spend, and creative materials
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience in customer service or account coordination
- Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmacy industry
- Awareness of compliance considerations and HIPAA-related sensitivities is a major plus
