Warehouse Associate

Pay: $16 - $20/hour

Position overview

This position supports warehouse operations by pulling jobs, filling orders, preparing merchandise for stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping keep the warehouse organized and ready for daily work.

What you’ll do

• Receive merchandise and prepare it for warehouse stock.
• Accurately pull jobs and fill orders.
• Perform inventory checks to support accuracy.
• Process back orders and correct inventory as needed.
• Receive UPS and FedEx deliveries as needed.
• Restock, re-merchandise, dust, vacuum, and maintain warehouse presentation standards.
• Assist electricians and warehouse team members as needed.
• Handle customer issues using good judgment and problem-solving skills.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 2+ years of experience.
• Warehouse or inventory knowledge preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand and walk while filling orders and assisting on the floor.
• Ability to stock products at different racking levels using a step stool or ladder.
• Ability to place products on and off trucks, shelving, and related areas.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
