About the Role
An experienced Product Manager is needed to lead the development of customer-focused software solutions and drive product innovation. This role is responsible for understanding customer challenges, identifying market opportunities, defining product strategy, and delivering compelling solutions that create measurable business value.
The position offers the opportunity to reimagine customer experiences, improve business processes, and contribute to the development of new product offerings. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role plays a critical part in shaping product direction, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of the product roadmap.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
Bonus: Eligible for a 5% performance-based bonus
What You'll Do
- Act as a product champion by researching market trends, competitive offerings, customer adoption patterns, and product usage data.
- Identify opportunities and develop business cases to determine product investment priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer and user pain points, operational constraints, and business processes.
- Partner with customers, stakeholders, UX designers, and engineering teams to define and maintain product roadmaps.
- Drive prioritization of product features, enhancements, releases, and strategic initiatives.
- Create, document, prioritize, and manage requirements, use cases, user stories, and product specifications.
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout development sprints to ensure products are delivered according to vision and requirements.
- Collaborate with UX designers to define intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Educate and train internal stakeholders on product capabilities, features, and strategic direction.
- Communicate product roadmaps, priorities, changes, trade-offs, and release plans to stakeholders and customers.
- Partner with marketing teams to communicate product enhancements and support market positioning initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials and customer-facing product communications.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics used to evaluate product performance and business value.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably working with enterprise B2B platform technologies.
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
- Experience with software products that support business operations, process automation, third-party integrations, and KPI analytics.
- Strong ability to listen, engage, and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Confidence participating in customer-facing and sales-related discussions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and innovation.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of complex software solutions, technology platforms, and business principles.
- Experience collaborating within UX design processes.
- Proven ability to evaluate, prioritize, and communicate requirements and feature roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management methodologies.
- Knowledge of whole-product strategies and go-to-market planning.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to guide teams toward successful execution.
- Excellent analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with remote work technologies, including video conferencing platforms, project management software, and collaboration tools.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the property management software industry.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Work Environment
- Fully remote work environment within the United States.
- Uses standard home office technology and equipment, including computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, and related peripherals.
- Full-time position with self-directed work hours.
- Occasional travel required, up to 25%.
