This opportunity is for an experienced analytics professional who can combine advanced data analysis, project leadership, client communication, and reporting to support strategic decision-making across multiple sectors. The role involves working closely with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions, manage complex projects, and deliver actionable insights.
The position requires strong analytical capabilities, data management expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Success in this role comes from taking ownership of projects, developing innovative analytical approaches, and helping teams transform complex information into practical recommendations.

Salary: $95,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and strategic insights
- Create reports, dashboards, calculators, and client-facing deliverables that communicate findings effectively
- Interpret polling, survey, audience, and behavioral data to support strategic initiatives
- Build crosstabs and audience analyses for advertising campaigns, surveys, and targeting efforts
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure, reporting systems, and analytical tools
- Create innovative approaches to solve analytical and reporting challenges
- Evaluate existing analytical outputs and identify new opportunities for insight generation
- Present findings and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Translate technical results into clear business-focused insights for diverse audiences
- Lead analytical workstreams and manage projects from beginning to end
- Take ownership of project outcomes and deliverables
- Collaborate with analysts, strategists, engineers, and data scientists on complex initiatives
- Mentor analysts and fellows while supporting their professional development
- Guide junior team members to ensure successful project completion
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Perform additional analytical and project-related responsibilities as assigned
Tools and Technical Environment
- Work with large-scale datasets and statistical outputs
- Use SQL and analytical software to access, transform, and analyze information
- Create visualizations and reporting solutions using business intelligence tools
- Work with GIS mapping technologies and geographic datasets
- Use tools such as Tableau, QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar visualization platforms
- Develop reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, and related tools
- Utilize spreadsheet software including Excel and Google Sheets
- Collaborate closely with technical and data science teams
- Interpret statistical results and explain findings to non-analytical audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a statistical background, or at least 3 years of professional experience analyzing data and building reports
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies
- Ability to manage large projects from initiation through completion
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for project outcomes
- Ability to solve broad, open-ended analytical problems with minimal guidance
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Experience guiding and supporting junior analysts on project work
- Experience working with SQL and data analysis tools
- Experience using Python or similar programming languages
- Experience creating reports and visualizations using business intelligence platforms
- Experience using GIS software such as QGIS or ArcGIS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to identify patterns, challenge assumptions, and generate actionable insights
- Ability to perform high-quality analysis under tight deadlines
- Experience working with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Keynote, and related productivity tools
- Interest in learning advanced data management, analytics, and visualization techniques
- Passion for leveraging data-driven insights to support meaningful outcomes
