About the Role
This opportunity is for a Head of Growth & Product Marketing to transform market insights, product expertise, and internal data into awareness, trust, and measurable growth. The role combines growth marketing, product marketing, SEO, GEO, content strategy, digital events, data visualization, social engagement, and product-led growth initiatives to drive top-of-funnel acquisition and strengthen market positioning.
The successful candidate will lead high-impact marketing programs, create compelling content and thought leadership initiatives, expand organic discovery channels, support product launches, and develop scalable growth systems. This role requires a self-directed marketing leader who can work across multiple priorities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage AI and modern software tools, and translate customer insights into effective messaging that drives engagement and adoption.

Annual Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Lead content and SEO initiatives that turn data and market insights into awareness and trust.
- Create content with internal data, and sometimes without it, to drive widespread brand and product awareness.
- Build search-optimized materials designed to attract top-of-funnel audiences.
- Set the foundation for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Optimize content so LLMs, agents, and AI-driven discovery channels can recognize and surface the brand effectively.
- Continue investing in thought leadership through digital events.
- Collaborate with growth marketing teammates to scale and amplify events.
- Create visual, shareable materials that bring data to life.
- Develop social content designed to increase visibility and engagement.
- Own conference and in-person event logistics.
- Create memorable and engaging brand experiences at conferences and industry events.
- Create and distribute content that uses unique market insights to support press outreach.
- Position the organization as a go-to source in its industry through data-driven distribution.
- Run product-led growth experiments to keep channels active and drive organic acquisition.
- Support product launches as a major messaging and growth channel.
- Prepare to own the product launch process after building context in the role.
- Work cross-functionally with product builders, sales teammates, partnerships, and finance leaders.
- Connect and inspire teammates across multiple departments.
- Start and finish multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Listen to customers and translate their ideas, questions, and concerns into strong messaging.
- Use software tools and AI to scale marketing execution and personal productivity.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, growth, product marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of SaaS or B2B product marketing experience.
- Strong storytelling ability.
- Clear examples of using software tools and/or AI to scale personal output and marketing impact.
- A strong portfolio showing the ability to build beautiful content, assets, campaigns, or other creative materials.
- Experience with content marketing and SEO.
- Experience or strong understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Ability to create visual, shareable, and data-driven marketing materials.
- Experience supporting or owning digital events, conferences, or in-person event programs.
- Experience with product-led growth experiments.
- Experience supporting product launches or product marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, partnerships, and finance teams.
- Comfort managing several initiatives at the same time.
- Ability to translate customer feedback into clear, compelling messaging.
- Interest in working in a fast, collaborative, and high-energy environment.
