This fully remote accounting role supports a portfolio of clients by managing end-to-end accounting operations and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned clients, ensuring books are accurate, reconciled, and closed each month.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and balance sheet items.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Handle payroll accruals, inventory reconciliations, and expense classifications.
• Support tax and advisory teams with accurate financial data and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding accounting matters.
• Identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle, accrual-based accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience managing multiple clients or entities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and workflows.

Work Environment

• Fully remote position within the United States.
• Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
