About the Role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and brand-focused Marketing & Content Coordinator to support the voice, visuals, and storytelling across a growing portfolio of real estate, mortgage, and lifestyle brands.

This is a fully remote, full-time position designed for a professional who thrives in a structured environment, values accountability, and maintains high standards of quality. While remote, the role follows a consistent daily schedule and requires strong communication, ownership, and attention to detail.

This is not a freelance or contract role. We are looking for a long-term team member who takes pride in building, protecting, and elevating a brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, design, and distribute branded marketing materials for listings, events, and company initiatives
• Manage social media calendars, content creation, publishing, and engagement across multiple brand accounts
• Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all digital and print materials
• Coordinate short-form video content and support planning and promotion for YouTube projects
• Write, edit, and proofread copy for newsletters, client communications, announcements, and marketing campaigns
• Track engagement, analytics, and performance metrics to inform marketing decisions
• Collaborate closely with leadership to execute brand strategy and creative initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or content coordination
• Strong proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and major social media platforms
• Basic video editing skills and familiarity with short-form content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
• Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Experience with email marketing or landing page tools such as Wix or Constant Contact
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is required
• Highly creative, dependable, and aligned with a premium, brand-focused style
