About the Role
This opportunity is for a Dayforce Implementation Consultant who will support successful deployments of Dayforce solutions for a variety of clients. This role participates in the full implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
The consultant will gather requirements, configure solutions, manage expectations, identify risks, and communicate effectively with project managers and client stakeholders. Candidates with implementation experience in other HRIS systems are welcome if they are ready to be cross-trained and certified in Dayforce.
This role can be fully remote or hybrid in Dallas, Texas.

Annual Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage project plans to support timely, on-budget delivery.
- Lead client discovery sessions, document business requirements, and map requirements to Dayforce functionality.
- Configure Dayforce modules to meet client needs.
- Facilitate solution design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Conduct consulting sessions by phone, video, or in person.
- Prepare clear meeting documentation and implementation notes.
- Attend internal project meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks, deliverables, and risks.
- Advise clients on Dayforce best practices to help maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party partners to support successful implementation.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data.
- Perform data audits and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide post-deployment consulting assistance in assigned functional areas.
- Develop SQL scripts and XML transformations for integrations and interfaces.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned functional areas.
- Support organizational readiness activities to help clients prepare for solution rollout.
- Review client policies periodically and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
- Provide guidance to associate consultants when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of software implementation experience.
- Experience with SaaS or cloud solutions, ideally HRIS or HCM platforms.
- Experience with one or more HRIS, payroll, workforce management, ERP, or enterprise systems.
- Experience with Dayforce is preferred.
- Ability to configure and deploy end-to-end HRIS modules.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and workflows.
- Experience with business process mapping.
- Change management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and XML.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and clients.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and client sessions.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel on a limited basis.
