About the Role
This opportunity is for a collaborative and versatile Marketing Associate to support demand generation, campaign execution, and market awareness across behavioral health, substance use disorder, home health, hospice, and community-based care segments.
The role combines multi-channel marketing, go-to-market campaign support, event coordination, partnership activation, performance tracking, and AI-powered workflow development. It is well suited for a marketer with 2–4 years of experience who enjoys working across teams, managing projects from start to finish, and using AI tools to improve speed, consistency, and execution quality.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
What You’ll Do
AI-First Execution and Workflow Automation- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows using Claude and related tools to support repeatable marketing tasks such as campaign brief creation, audience research, email sequence drafting, partner outreach templates, and post-event follow-up automation.
- Build AI-assisted pipelines that help move campaigns from idea to execution more quickly and efficiently.
- Identify manual marketing workflows and recommend AI-first alternatives that can be documented, shared, and adopted by the broader team.
- Use AI tools to synthesize performance data, identify campaign trends, and generate actionable recommendations for program optimization.
- Stay current on AI marketing tools, prompting strategies, automation patterns, and workflow improvements.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinars, regional events, partnerships, and digital programs.
- Manage webinar and virtual event logistics, including speaker coordination, promotion, follow-up, and performance tracking.
- Support regional field event strategy in collaboration with the events team, including conferences, trade shows, hosted experiences, and market-specific activations.
- Partner with SDR teams to support lead handoff, campaign follow-up, and outreach alignment.
- Collaborate with product marketing teams to translate positioning and messaging into campaign assets.
- Support integrated go-to-market campaigns and ensure alignment between marketing programs, SDR outreach, and sales motions.
- Identify and support co-marketing opportunities with associations, technology partners, referral organizations, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate joint webinars, digital programs, content collaborations, and event sponsorships to expand market reach.
- Work with content and brand teams to brief and develop segment-specific content, creative assets, and thought leadership materials.
- Collaborate with customer marketing teams to identify advocacy opportunities and incorporate customer stories into campaign programs.
- Serve as a marketing point of contact for assigned segments and build strong relationships with sales, SDR, and go-to-market stakeholders.
- Track and report on campaign and program performance, including email results, partner program outcomes, event ROI, webinar metrics, and contribution to pipeline.
- Use campaign insights to test new approaches, refine programs, and continuously improve segment-level marketing performance.
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking, data hygiene, and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of marketing experience with hands-on exposure to multiple channels, such as email, webinars, partnerships, events, content programs, or integrated campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, operational excellence, and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with a bias toward action and hands-on execution.
- AI-first mindset with demonstrated use of tools such as Claude to automate repeatable work and improve workflow efficiency.
- Familiarity with additional AI tools is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with behavioral health, home health, hospice, or healthcare software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, and excited about improving mental and behavioral health outcomes.
