$75.00 – $85.00 per hour

About the Role

This opportunity is for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects within a structured project management environment. The role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes across web and mobile application initiatives, working with multidisciplinary teams including strategy, creative, and technology stakeholders. This position requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clarity and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Projects:
  • Methodology: Apply Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies effectively while maintaining quality and contributing to process improvements, including the use of AI where appropriate
  • Ownership, Accountability, Authority: Take ownership of project outcomes, manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, and execute independently with a high level of accountability
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate understanding of web and mobile application lifecycles and build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Department & Team Contribution:
  • Process: Maintain structured project management practices, effectively use tools, and support successful delivery outcomes while maximizing efficiency
  • Career Development: Continuously develop skills, stay current with industry best practices, and contribute to process evolution across teams
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Provide leadership across projects, share knowledge, support team development, and make independent decisions to drive successful outcomes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients
• Experience in utilities or other highly regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing web and mobile application projects
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead projects independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Agile-related certifications are preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools including Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
