About the Role
This opportunity is for a Customer Service Representative in a remote, moderate-to-high volume contact center environment. The role focuses on delivering professional customer support across phone, SMS, email, and chat while handling routine inquiries, completing follow-up documentation, and maintaining a high standard of service in every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer service across multiple contact channels, including phone calls, SMS, email, and chat
- Handle routine customer inquiries and requests with courtesy, professionalism, and accuracy
- Manage and initiate a moderate-to-high volume of customer calls each day
- Communicate with job applicants to identify quality opportunities
- Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators, including outbound call goals
- Complete required follow-up documentation after each customer interaction
- Follow a daily schedule to support time-sensitive client needs
- Deliver a positive and professional experience in every interaction
- Maintain quality results by following established standards and guidelines
- Follow privacy and security practices at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to multitask while navigating multiple business applications
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work from a quiet and secure remote workspace
- Ability to provide a computer and headset for remote work
- 1 year of customer service experience and/or sales experience preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment preferred
- University or college degree is a plus
Training
- Fully paid training is provided
- Training includes class discussions, hands-on practice, e-learning modules, and instructor-led guidance
