About the Role
This opportunity is for a Digital Marketing Associate to support a global marketing team with HubSpot execution, landing page project management, content updates, CRM and list management, email marketing, blog updates, and digital platform support.
The role is ideal for someone with marketing team experience, hands-on HubSpot knowledge, and a strong interest in using digital tools to improve marketing workflows, content operations, and campaign efficiency.
What You’ll Do
HubSpot and Landing Pages- Project manage the editing and production of HubSpot landing pages under the direction of marketing leadership.
- Coordinate landing page work with design and business leadership.
- Make content updates to landing pages.
- Recommend landing page optimizations based on performance and user experience.
- Track landing page traffic and performance using Google Analytics.
- Support HubSpot usage across a global marketing scope serving more than 230 markets.
- Make content updates to blog posts and marketing emails for U.S. and international audiences.
- Update existing blog posts as needed.
- Expand blog tagging to support new publishing channels.
- Update blog categories and tags as needed.
- Ensure global blog publications have correct language and translation settings.
- Build targeted HubSpot lists using filters, logic, and customer segmentation criteria.
- Follow department best practices for list naming conventions.
- Support CRM and list management workflows.
- Assist with backend technical configurations in HubSpot and related digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to identify new ways to use HubSpot more efficiently across global marketing work.
- Follow established style guidelines and brand voice across marketing materials.
- Honor partner brand guidelines when creating or updating marketing content.
- Use appropriate market-specific language and terminology for different audiences.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working with or in HubSpot.
- Experience working within a marketing team.
- Experience using digital platforms such as a CRM, email marketing platform, or fundraising platform.
- Familiarity with digital tools and willingness to self-educate on new platforms and features.
- Interest in exploring new tool features and functions to streamline work and improve efficiency.
- Excellent written communication skills.
