Warehouse Associate

Pay: $17 - $19/hour

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse operations by picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inspecting, sorting, stocking, and moving industrial supplies and materials accurately and safely.

What you’ll do

• Move incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas using warehouse tools and equipment.
• Use hand dollies, forklifts, electric dollies, pallet jacks, and elevators as needed.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials and products for quality.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to inventory procedures.
• Pick, pack, and ship materials and products.
• Process packages for shipping.
• Process returned merchandise.
• Conduct physical inventory counts.
• Replenish stock from backup locations as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
• Complete additional assigned duties as needed.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of warehouse or related experience in the same or similar industry.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented work style with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.

Physical and work environment

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, carry, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent exposure to outside weather conditions.
• Ability to perform active warehouse work throughout the shift.
