About the Role

This role focuses on leading the design of complex product experiences within a modern B2B SaaS platform. You will own major product areas from discovery through launch, transforming ambiguous challenges into intuitive, scalable solutions while partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering.

The position combines product strategy, user experience design, research, prototyping, systems thinking, and hands-on execution. Success in this role requires balancing exceptional design quality, thoughtful decision-making, and efficient delivery across complex product initiatives.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Design Leadership

• Lead the design strategy for major product initiatives and establish a high standard for user experience across the platform.
• Define a clear design vision that supports long-term product goals and delivers intuitive customer experiences.
• Drive product decisions by balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical considerations.
• Take ownership of complex product areas from concept through successful launch.

User Experience & Product Design

• Identify and resolve complex user experience challenges to improve usability, efficiency, and overall product quality.
• Design streamlined workflows that simplify sophisticated product interactions.
• Create thoughtful, scalable user experiences that remain intuitive as products evolve.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail to deliver polished and consistent interfaces.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineers to define practical solutions while balancing usability and technical feasibility.
• Make informed design trade-offs that support timely product delivery without compromising user experience.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams while moving projects forward efficiently.

Research, Prototyping & Delivery

• Transform loosely defined product challenges into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to validate product concepts and gather user feedback.
• Plan and conduct user testing to inform product direction and design improvements.
• Lead the complete design process from concept development through wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and final design handoff.
• Ensure delivered features maintain a consistently high standard of usability and visual quality.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of professional Product Designer experience working on complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Startup experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product design initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, modern prototyping tools, and user research methodologies.
• Experience designing across complex product surfaces while balancing consistency, scalability, and evolving product requirements.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional problem-solving, interaction design, and visual design craftsmanship.
• Passion for creating intuitive, visually polished, and highly usable user interfaces.
• Ability to make thoughtful design decisions in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills.
