Travel: Up to 30% for customer visits

About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for an experienced Customer Success Partner who will manage strategic relationships and drive measurable outcomes across a portfolio of large enterprise customers within the behavioral health technology sector.
The Customer Success Partner will serve as the primary strategic advisor for customers after implementation, helping them achieve strong product adoption, measurable value, and long-term partnership results. The role involves guiding value delivery, analyzing customer data, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and aligning customer objectives with available product capabilities.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and customer-focused professional who takes ownership of customer outcomes, builds trusted relationships with stakeholders at every organizational level, and works effectively within complex enterprise environments.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of the organization’s largest enterprise customers and serve as their primary strategic partner following implementation.
- Build trusted relationships with customer executives, leadership teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Align product capabilities with each customer’s organizational goals, priorities, and defined success criteria.
- Develop customer success strategies designed to drive measurable value, strong adoption, and long-term partnership outcomes.
- Lead quarterly business reviews focused on customer outcomes, adoption insights, operational performance, and value realization.
- Use customer data and performance metrics to clearly communicate the value and impact of the product.
- Monitor customer health, product adoption patterns, utilization levels, and operational usage.
- Proactively identify account risks, adoption barriers, expansion opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with Account Management to support renewals and account expansions while contributing to strong customer retention and growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success Operations, Support, and Implementation teams to resolve customer issues and deliver meaningful improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that support customer goals and improve the overall customer experience.
- Interpret customer insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
- Provide customer feedback that can influence the product roadmap, product strategy, internal priorities, and organizational planning.
- Develop and share customer success stories that demonstrate clinical, operational, and organizational impact.
- Serve as a key voice of the customer during internal discussions and decision-making processes.
- Facilitate strategic and executive-level conversations with customer stakeholders.
- Deliver a thoughtful, proactive, and outcome-focused customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Four to seven years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Proven experience managing at least 10 strategic or enterprise customer accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success increasing product utilization and adoption across customer accounts.
- Strong ability to communicate customer value through data, measurable outcomes, and performance insights.
- Experience developing success plans and guiding customers toward clearly defined objectives.
- Strong executive engagement skills and experience facilitating high-impact business reviews.
- Ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage complex customer environments and coordinate multiple priorities across enterprise accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer health data, adoption patterns, and operational usage.
- Strong organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence customer strategy and contribute to internal business and product priorities.
- Experience using customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or ChurnZero.
- Collaborative working style and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Customer Success certification or advanced business training is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer visits.
