Warehouse Associate

Pay: $16 - $25/hour

Role overview

You’ll support daily HVAC and plumbing warehouse operations by receiving shipments, stocking inventory, pulling materials, organizing the warehouse, and delivering materials to job sites when needed.

What you’ll do

• Receive and process incoming shipments.
• Check shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently.
• Pull materials for specific orders.
• Prepare materials for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment, with training provided if needed.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver materials and equipment to job sites as required.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Efficient and flexible work style.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment, materials, and vehicles.
