You’ll create polished Microsoft 365 templates, presentations, documents, and Excel workbooks that combine strong visual design, accessibility, usability, and production-ready quality for customer-facing content.
Design work
- Design high-quality templates for Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Create reusable layouts, visual systems, and scalable design components.
- Produce customer-ready files with strong typography, spacing, color, imagery, charts, and content hierarchy.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling and technically sound template designs.
- Ensure files meet accessibility, usability, and Microsoft 365 quality standards.
- Support production workflows through editing, formatting, quality assurance, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, content leads, and product partners to refine work through feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting milestones and changing priorities.
- Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate while maintaining human oversight and design quality.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Design, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showing presentations, templates, documents, and workbook design.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-assisted creative tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing reusable template systems and scalable content.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and document usability best practices.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working within brand guidelines and production design environments preferred.
Remote work requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Remote role, with Oregon or California candidates preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
