Pay: $150,000 to $175,000 per year base , on target earnings $300,000 to $350,000 per year

Overview

This strategic account executive role focuses on selling high value legal technology to large plaintiff firms and other major organizations. You own the full sales cycle for a portfolio of strategic accounts, drive new revenue, and help shape how the company goes to market in a fast growing, AI driven segment.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales process for large, strategic accounts from prospecting through close
  • Hit or exceed revenue targets while building a strong, repeatable pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at large organizations
  • Run complex, multi step sales cycles with multiple decision makers
  • Tailor proposals and presentations to the specific needs and business goals of each client
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver long term value for clients
  • Provide structured feedback on market trends, buyer needs, and competitive signals to inform the product roadmap
  • Create and refine account plans and sales playbooks for key segments

What you bring

  • Proven success in a strategic or enterprise account executive role
  • Track record closing seven figure deals with large organizations
  • Comfort working through long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to uncover and frame business problems
  • Experience selling high value solutions in a competitive, fast changing market
  • Ability to build and execute account plans focused on long term growth
  • Strong relationship building skills with senior decision makers
  • Clear communication, negotiation skills, and ability to explain complex ideas simply
  • Self driven, results focused mindset and comfort working both independently and with a broader team
