About the Role
This is a client-facing Customer Success role focused on onboarding, relationship management, and long-term account success. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, consistent engagement, and measurable outcomes.
The role combines customer success, account management, and project coordination. You’ll act as a trusted partner to your clients, helping them get the most value from services while identifying opportunities for expansion and renewal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding projects to ensure a seamless transition into services
- Own a segmented book of business and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct regular client check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and renewal discussions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalations and client concerns
- Identify growth opportunities including add-on services and partnerships
- Coordinate internally to ensure client goals and expectations are met
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of corporate finance and financial statements
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, Excel, and basic data analysis
- Strong project management and task prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Strong listening, note-taking, and follow-up capabilities
- Ability to handle client escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or professional services is a plus
