Warehouse Associate

Pay: $22.50 - $24/hour

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse fulfillment operations by moving, tracking, inspecting, packing, and preparing large and small products while safely operating material handling equipment when certified.

What you’ll do

• Move between departments such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns based on operational needs.
• Safely load, unload, and move furniture orders and inventory of various sizes.
• Use scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse software to track inventory and order locations.
• Inspect, assemble, repackage, label, and sort products to help prevent damage before shipping.
• Operate material handling equipment when certified, including order pickers, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.

What you’ll need

• Minimum 6 months of cherry picker, order picker, or related material handling equipment experience required.
• Comfort working at heights up to 40 feet while handling large products.
• Ability to read and understand English for workplace safety.
• Basic ability to use computers, tablets, and handheld inventory devices.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or comparable experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical and warehouse conditions

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work a full shift of 8 or more hours.
• Ability to frequently lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to maneuver or team lift products up to 150 pounds.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
