Warehouse Staff

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $22.95/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, starts at 6:00 AM until work is completed

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse order selection by accurately picking customer orders, palletizing products, using voice-pick technology, and working safely in freezer, cooler, and dry warehouse environments.

Order selection duties

• Pick customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Operate an electric pallet jack in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Select and palletize products using Vocollect technology.
• Follow headset selection directions and pick labels.
• Meet deadlines and case-per-hour requirements.
• Follow health, safety, quality, OSHA, and standard operating procedures.
• Support other duties and special projects as requested.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience required.
• 1 year of order selecting experience preferred.
• 1 year of electric pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Ability to listen, understand, and respond to instructions.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment preferred.

Physical and warehouse conditions

• Ability to work in freezer, cooler, and dry warehouse environments.
• Cold storage warehouse environment includes sub-zero temperatures.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 to 12 hours daily.
• Ability to frequently lift 15 to 55 pounds.
• May include lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• May require walking, standing, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.
