Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time and part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.70/hour

Position summary

This warehouse role supports daily store and warehouse operations through order pulling, inventory movement, merchandise replenishment, forklift work, and customer assistance. You will help keep product organized, support accurate order handling, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

What you’ll do

• Compile customer orders and move merchandise to the sales floor or customer vehicles.
• Check inventory and orders for accuracy.
• Restock the show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards so customers can shop easily.
• Load out customers with the correct product.
• Help customers find products and answer questions as needed.
• Operate a forklift and other heavy equipment as required.
• Assist in other areas of the store when needed.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Follow all company safety processes and procedures.

What you’ll need

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Ability to complete forklift certification through the employer.
• Where permitted by state law, heavy equipment certification may require passing a drug test.

Work environment

This role works in a warehouse and retail environment with occasional exposure to moving vehicles. Noise levels are typically quiet to moderate.

Physical requirements

This position requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling product, climbing or balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The role also requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials throughout the shift.
