Job Summary
This opportunity is for an experienced Director of Revenue Operations who will own the architecture, strategy, and long-term development of the core revenue systems environment.
The role is responsible for building a scalable systems function that supports Sales, Finance, and Customer Success with reliable real-time data, automated workflows, and efficient processes across CRM, CPQ, ERP, public-sector procurement, and reseller operations.
This position will lead a growing Revenue Operations team, establish the technical roadmap for the revenue technology stack, and serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership as the organization continues to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the long-term architecture and roadmap for Salesforce, MonetizeNow or a comparable CPQ platform, NetSuite, and the broader revenue systems stack.
- Design systems and processes for scalability rather than relying on short-term fixes.
- Build and continuously improve a quote-to-cash engine that helps Sales close business efficiently while providing Finance with accurate and reliable data across CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems.
- Design and maintain data governance frameworks and automation standards that improve the accuracy and consistency of pipeline, quoting, and revenue data.
- Create scalable and repeatable systems and processes for public-sector and reseller procurement.
- Build processes that can adapt as new partners, products, and procurement models are introduced.
- Develop forward-looking pipeline and forecasting infrastructure, including coverage models, bookings tracking, and executive reporting.
- Provide leadership with real-time visibility into pipeline performance, bookings, forecasting, and other key revenue metrics.
- Hire, develop, and grow a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
- Build the operational and systems capabilities required to support significant future growth.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Contracts leadership to design processes and make platform decisions that support long-term business operations.
- Serve as the strategic systems voice during planning cycles, mergers and acquisitions or integration scenarios, and platform evaluations.
- Help define how revenue systems, processes, and data infrastructure evolve as the organization grows.
Qualifications
- At least seven years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM, systems leadership, or a closely related function.
- Experience working within a SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI capabilities into go-to-market systems and workflows.
- Experience using AI for data enrichment, forecasting, quote or deal automation, agentic tooling, or similar workflows within Salesforce, CPQ, or adjacent platforms.
- Demonstrated success designing scalable systems and processes rather than only resolving individual operational issues.
- Ability to think in terms of long-term systems roadmaps, architecture, and operational scalability.
- Experience building pipeline, quota, and coverage reporting models that support executive decision-making.
- Strong data analysis skills, including SQL or equivalent query experience across CRM and ERP datasets.
- Previous people-management experience.
- Strong interest in building, developing, and scaling a Revenue Operations team.
- Structured and forward-looking communication skills.
- Ability to present strategic vision, systems architecture, and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
- Experience with a CPQ platform such as MonetizeNow or a comparable solution.
- Experience with NetSuite.
- Experience with public-sector or GovTech procurement processes.
- Familiarity with GSA Schedule procurement and cooperative purchasing vehicles is a plus.
