Warehouse Associate

Role overview

You’ll support fulfillment center operations by receiving, putting away, picking, packing, labeling, staging, and shipping products accurately while rotating across warehouse functions as needed.

Fulfillment responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and put away products accurately.
• Pick products using order sheets, pick lists, handheld scanners, or warehouse systems.
• Verify item codes, quantities, and specifications before products move to packing.
• Pack outbound orders using proper cartons, dunnage, and packaging materials.
• Inspect items for defects, damage, or discrepancies before packing.
• Apply shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation correctly.
• Process Ready-to-Ship orders and stage them by carrier and service level.
• Prepare FBA shipments according to packaging, labeling, and shipment requirements.
• Create and manage FBA shipment plans and maintain related shipment records.
• Assist with cycle counts and restocking pick locations.
• Report damaged items, shortages, location discrepancies, order issues, and safety concerns.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Comfort using warehouse management systems, handheld scanners, and related technology.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math and reading skills for order verification, label checking, and inventory counting.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with order accuracy, labels, packaging, and compliance requirements.
• Ability or willingness to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to cross-train across warehouse functions.

Physical and warehouse conditions

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and twist for a full shift.
• Ability to constantly reach with both hands and arms.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• No supervisory responsibility and no travel required.
