Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time, regular

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Listing title says midshift, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM; position details state Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week

Role summary

You’ll support warehouse fulfillment by picking orders, preparing parcel and freight shipments, receiving inventory, stocking products, loading and unloading items, and helping keep warehouse operations moving accurately and safely.

Order flow and shipping

• Pick customer orders using pick sheets or a voice-command headset.
• Load and unload products onto the conveyor line.
• Assemble and tape boxes for outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and ship parcel and freight orders.
• Use PC-based software applications to process shipments.
• Receive, barcode, and stock warehouse inventory.
• Unload trucks using manual methods, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
• Secure shipments by stretch-wrapping and banding pallets.
• Complete general warehouse cleaning and assist with building or property maintenance tasks.
• Support other departments with warehouse-related duties as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and understand basic English for safety guidelines and job instructions.
• Commitment to quality standards and productivity goals in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
• Comfort using dollies and carts to move products safely.
• Eagerness to grow through training, development, and added responsibilities.
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
• Google Workspace proficiency is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude, organization, and attention to detail are helpful.
• Familiarity with shipping platforms such as FedEx, PaceJet, or similar systems is a plus.

Physical and work setting

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and navigate stairs throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Most positions are located in air-conditioned warehouse environments.
